- Following: "Night of the Stars" with Leonardo Orlandi from “Astronomitaly – The Network for Astrotourism” — a special stargazing experience from the panoramic terrace, featuring a professional telescope.
The Menu:
. Entrée: Multigrain flatbread with a mix of garden cherry tomatoes, spring onion and basil, paired with a green sauce made of parsley, basil, almonds and EVO oil
. Pizzas: Various flavors with Fiordilatte mozzarella, grilled vegetables, pecorino cheese and walnuts, arugula, ricotta
. Dessert: Sweet flatbread with spreadable creams from the special “Slitti Experience” Selection and hazelnut crumble (Slitti is a company producing high-quality chocolate, based in Monsummano Terme).
