The Leccino Apartment, measuring over 40 square meters, is a magnificent studio located on the first floor. It is a very special space that features an external access staircase at the front of the house, with a small terrace, as well as an entrance at the back, which offers its own private outdoor space with a gazebo, table, and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast, reading a book, or having a moment of private relaxation. In perfect Tuscan style, it has a small living area with a marble kitchenette equipped with four burners, a small refrigerator with a freezer, and a dishwasher. The living area extends into the sleeping area with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. It also features hot-cold air conditioning, a hairdryer, and a safe. Ideal for 2 people, it can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. The Leccino Apartment can be connected to the adjacent Rosellino and Pendolino apartments.
